Upcoming Events at Genesee Christian School: School Play, Bible Project, Spring Sports & Enrollment Now Open!
Spring is an exciting time at Genesee Christian School! As the weather begins to change here in Michigan, our school community is buzzing with activity. From our upcoming Christian school play to hands-on ministry opportunities and spring athletics, there is something for everyone.
🎭 School Play: I Remember Mama – April 17 & 18
Join us next week for our high school production of I Remember Mama! This heartwarming story highlights family, faith, and perseverance—values we strive to instill in our students every day.
Performances will take place on April 17 & 18 at the high school, and tickets are just $8. You can purchase tickets ahead of time or at the door.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly event in Genesee County or a chance to support Christian education and the arts, this is the perfect opportunity!
📖 Bearing Precious Seed Bible Project – April 27 & 28
For the past 30 years, GCS has partnered with the Bearing Precious Seed ministry to print and assemble copies of the books of John and Romans. Participation in the Bible Project helps GCS students recognize the importance of spreading the Gospel using God’s Word in global missions and evangelism.
This year, we are planning to assemble 90,000 copies of John and Romans. This amount will allow GCS to reach a total of 1 million copies that have been sent out for missions across the world. Praise the Lord!
We are still in need of funds to complete this year’s project. If you would like to contribute toward this year’s goal of 90,000 copies, a check or cash donation can be submitted to the GCS Administrative Office. Please indicate “Bible Project” in the memo line of your check.
The Bible Project work days are April 27-28. Parents and supporters can help in the assembly of the John & Romans on Monday, April 27 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the high school gym. Spring sports season is officially here! While Michigan weather always keeps us guessing, our student-athletes are ready to compete and grow.

🎉 GCS Benefit Auction: A Night of Impact
We are thrilled to share that our recent Genesee Christian School Benefit Auction was a tremendous success!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, the auction brought in over $70,000 in net proceeds. These funds will directly impact our students by enhancing the learning environment and expanding opportunities throughout the school.
One exciting result is that we will be able to move forward with new classroom flooring in several rooms this summer.
